Erin has an extensive background in compliance, which she utilizes to ensure that the team at Windstone Behavioral Health operates in a highly regulated market. With over 15 years of compliance experience, Erin is able to utilize an interdisciplinary approach to project management, utilization review, case management, quality management, and site auditing. Erin also serves as Corporate Office Manager and is focused on building department collaboration across the board.

John is responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of all WHS information systems. He owns AU Technical Solutions, which specializes in supporting small to medium sized businesses. He has worked as a manager and executive for numerous established firms and startups, including Ernst & Young, Southern California Edison, Telstra, and Compuware. John has a B.A. in Political Science from UC Davis, a master’s degree in International Relations from CSU Fresno, and has served in the U.S. Navy as an Intelligence Officer.

Peter is a highly successful businessman and entrepreneur. Aside from being the CEO and Director of Windstone Health Services, he is also the President, Chief Operating Officer, Director and Co-Founder of Healthcare Services, Inc., which operates residential treatment facilities in Anaheim Lighthouse, The Lighthouse Treatment Center and the Lighthouse Community in San Diego. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Arizona and currently sits on the board of The Canyon Club in Laguna Beach.

Reta Gibson is a nursing veteran with over 30 years of experience in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. Currently, she manages the Health & Wellness outreach program at our company, which is designed to help seniors access necessary behavioral health services. Reta graduated from B.M. Spurr School of Nursing in Glendale, West Virginia.

Dr. Taff has worked for Windstone Health Services for over 10 years. He has extensive experience with chemically dependent and psychiatric patient populations, as well as specific expertise in medication management. Dr. Taff has a B.A. from Rutgers University, and M.D. from the University of Birmingham (England) and a M.P.H. from the UCLA School of Public Health. He completed his residency at USC/LA County Hospital and later served as a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at USC. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and the Royal College of Psychiatrists of England.
