George Orras, Ph.D., M.B.A.

President & CEO

George Orras, Ph.D., M.B.A. is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Windstone Behavioral Health. He joined the Windstone team with 27 years of experience in administration, marketing, mental health program development and direct mental health service provision. His responsibilities include clinical program maintenance and development and assisting in standardizing data definitions and reporting formats for behavioral health. Additionally, he provides supervision in administrative/clinical performance and utilization management as well as creating and developing new behavioral health strategies and community based clinical program integration.

Prior to his current corporate position he was National Vice President of Clinical Operations for Value Behavioral Health’s Public Sector Division. Dr. Orras was President and Chief Operating Officer of Newport PsychCare/Pacific Behavioral Management from 1992 through 1997. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Marketing and Operations for Newport Harbor Health Care, Inc., a child and adolescent hospital and residential facility in Orange County, California. He has also independently contracted with a variety of regional and corporate companies including Century Health Care of California and College Health Enterprises, Charter Medical Corporation and Community Psychiatric Centers.

Dr. Orras received a doctorate degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California, Masters Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. He is currently licensed as an LCSW in the state of California.

Jeff Leis

Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Leis is the Chief Financial Officer at Windstone Health Services. He has worked in the healthcare industry for 17 years providing financial leadership to a number of niche market growth companies. Prior to joining the Windstone team in 2015, Jeff served for five years as the CFO for a local healthcare management firm and for 11 years as a regional controller and analyst at Gambro Healthcare, one of the largest dialysis providers in the world. At Windstone, his responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, cash and risk management and strategic analysis.

Jeff received a BA in Communications from Cal State Fullerton and earned an MBA from Azusa Pacific University.

Lisa Casey, RN

Compliance and Quality Manager

Lisa Casey, RN is the Compliance Officer and Quality Manager for Windstone Behavioral Health. She joined the Windstone team in 2011, and has 35 years of healthcare experience. Lisa has worked in multiple hospital settings, freestanding psychiatric facilities, performed utilization review/ case management, network management, project management and quality/auditing management.

Her current responsibilities include compliance oversight and collaboration with all Windstone departments and contracts regarding complaints, critical incidents, delegation audit activities, annual practitioner and employee compliance training, and active participation in quality and utilization committees. Lisa’s primary focus is NCQA initiatives and accreditation activities.

Ron Wong

Provider Relations and Contract Manager

Ron Wong serves as the Provider Relations and Contract Administrator for WIndstone Behavioral Health and is one of company founders. He manages all aspects related to provider relations, client contracting and provider recruitment.

Ron has worked in the healthcare industry for over twenty seven years and has held management positions with skilled nursing facilities corporations, multi-specialty physician group practices, hospital administration and behavioral health services. Ron holds Master’s degrees in Public Health, Gerontology and Public Administration from the University of Hawaii and the University of Southern California, respectively.

Irene Polikretis

Director of Clinical Services

Irene Polikretis is the Director of Clinical Services at Windstone Health Services. She joined the Windstone team in 2005, with experience in providing and overseeing the care of the geriatric, developmentally disabled, and mentally ill populations.

Irene attended Golden West College Psychiatric Technician Program and obtained her LPT license in California. After moving to Idaho, she attended Boise State University and graduated with her LVN, and Administrator license. She has worked in various settings including Fairview State Hospital, Royale TRC, Group Homes, and Assisted Living.

John Wright

Chief Technology Officer

John Wright is the CTO at Windstone Health Services.  He is responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of all WHS information systems.  John joined the team recently, after over a decade of consulting with Windstone.

John owns AU Technical Solutions, which specializes in supporting small to medium sized businesses.  Prior to starting AUTS, he worked as a manager and executive for numerous established firms and startups, including Ernst & Young, Southern California Edison, Telstra, and Compuware.   John has a B.A. in Political Science from UC Davis, a master’s degree in International Relations from CSU Fresno, and has served in the U.S. Navy as an Intelligence Officer.
