Peter J. Davidson
Peter J. Davison
is the Chief Executive Officer, Director and Co-Founder of Windstone Health Services, Inc. He was initially the Chief Information Officer and left the company in 2009. He returned to WHS in 2020.
He is the President, Chief Operating Officer, Director and Co-Founder of Healthcare Services, Inc. operating the Anaheim Lighthouse, The Lighthouse Treatment Center and the Lighthouse Community in San Diego. These are Residential Treatment Facilities in the Private and Public sector.
He has been involved in a number of businesses and is President and CEO of WMC Management Inc., the General Partner of Windstone Mortgage Fund LP. He was Co-Founder and President of MD OfficeNet, Inc. a digital signage company.
Mr. Davidson received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Arizona in 1987 and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in California since 1991. He resides in Laguna Beach, California with his wife and three children. He is a highly ranked tennis player and avid surfer. He is on the board of The Canyon Club in Laguna Beach.
Warren Taff, MD
Associate Medical Director
Warren Taff, MD has extensive experience with chemically dependent and psychiatric patient populations, as well as specific expertise in medication management. He has worked with Windstone Health Services for almost 10 years and during his personal time, enjoys skiing, traveling and practicing as a 2nd degree black belt in taekwondo.
Dr Taff has a B.A. from Rutgers University, and M.D. from the University of Birmingham (England) and a M.P.H. from the UCLA School of Public Health. He completed his residency at USC/LA County Hospital and later served as a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at USC. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and the Royal College of Psychiatrists of England.
Chief Technology Officer
John Wright is the CTO at Windstone Health Services. He is responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of all WHS information systems.
John owns AU Technical Solutions, which specializes in supporting small to medium sized businesses. Prior to starting AUTS, he worked as a manager and executive for numerous established firms and startups, including Ernst & Young, Southern California Edison, Telstra, and Compuware. John has a B.A. in Political Science from UC Davis, a master’s degree in International Relations from CSU Fresno, and has served in the U.S. Navy as an Intelligence Officer.
Compliance Officer and Quality Manager
Erin Woodmas is the Compliance Officer and Quality Manager for Windstone Behavioral Health. She joined the team at the beginning of 2020 in an Executive Support role but with years of varied compliance experience, transitioned to the Compliance Officer position. With over 15 years of compliance oversight experience in highly regulated markets, she utilizes an interdisciplinary approach to project management, utilization review, case management, quality management, and site auditing management.
Erin currently oversees delegation audits, annual practitioner training, and employee compliance training. She actively in quality and utilization committees, records management, critical incident reporting, delegation audit activities, and general overall compliance oversight for all departments and clinics. Erin also serves as Corporate Office Manager and is highly motivated and focused on building department collaboration across the board.
Health & Wellness Manager
Reta Gibson, LVN is the Health & Wellness Manager. She has 30 years of nursing experience in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. She graduated from B.M. Spurr School of Nursing in Glendale, West Virginia. When she is not working, she can be found at the beach.
Her current responsibilities include managing our Health & Wellness outreach program designed to assist seniors in accessing behavioral health services that can improve on their overall health and well-being.
